摘　　要：本文阐述了当前湖南省血吸虫病流行特征和疫情态势,分析了湖南省血吸虫病防治工作面临的主要困难和挑战,对今后防控重点和措施提出了有针对性的建议,以期为湖南省消除血吸虫病工作提供借鉴。This paper describes the current epidemic characteristics and endemic status of schistosomiasis, analyzes the mainchallenges of schistosomiasis control and proposes the emphasis and interventions for future schistosomiasis control activities inHunan Province, so as to provide insights into the elimination of schistosomiasis in Hunan Province.
