摘  要:目的评价Cu^2+、Cd^2+、Pb^2+对湖北钉螺的急性毒性作用。方法分别配置5个浓度Cu^2+、Cd^2+、Hg^2+、Pb^2+溶液,每组投放10只钉螺,观察24、48、72、96 h后钉螺活动受抑制情况,计算半数有效浓度(EC50);统计96 h时钉螺死亡数量,计算半数致死浓度(LC50)和安全浓度。结果Cu^2+对钉螺24、48、72、96 h EC50值分别为0.74、0.56、0.46、0.37 mg/L,Cd^2+分别为4.79、3.52、1.70、1.26 mg/L,Hg^2+分别为1.90、1.49、0.83、0.76 mg/L,Pb^2+分别为21.40、9.98、7.90、5.42 mg/L。Cu^2+、Cd^2+、Hg^2+、Pb^2+对钉螺96 h LC50值分别为0.43、2.96、1.12、12.22 mg/L,安全浓度分别为0.0043、0.0296、0.0112,0.1222mg/L。结论Cu^2+对钉螺的急性毒性为高毒,Cd^2+和Hg^2+为中毒,Pb^2+为低毒。Objective To assess the acute toxicity of Cu^2+,Cd^2+,Hg^2+and Pb^2+to Oucomelania hupensis.Methods Cu^2+,Cd^2+,Hg^2+and Pb^2+solutions were prepared at five concentrations,and 10 snails were exposed to each concentration for 24,48,72 h and 96 h.Then,the inhibition of snail activity and snail death was observed,and the half maximal effective concentration(EC50)and median lethal concentrations(LC50)were estimated.Results The 24,48,72 h and 96 h EC50 values of Cu^2+,Cd^2+,Hg^2+and Pb^2+were 0.74,0.56,0.46,0.37 mg/L,4.79,3.52,1.70,1.26 mg/L,1.90,1.49,0.83,0.76 mg/L and 21.40,9.98,7.90,5.42 mg/L for snails,respectively.The 96 h LC50 values of Cu^2+,Cd^2+,Hg^2+and Pb^2+were 0.43,2.96,1.12 mg/L and 12.22 mg/L for snails,the safe concentrations were 0.0043,0.0296,0.0112,0.1222 mg/L,respectively.Conclusion Cu^2+shows a high acute toxicity to snails,and Cd^2+and Hg^2+exhibit a moderate acute toxicity to snails,while Pb^2+is lowly toxic to snails.
