摘  要:以DER 331、含磷环氧与自制改性环氧为基体树脂,氢氧化铝为阻燃填料,甲基四氢苯酐为固化剂,成功制备了一款高性能无卤阻燃环氧灌封胶,并对其力学性能、电气绝缘性能和阻燃性能进行研究。结果表明:当含磷环氧树脂添加量为30份、自制改性环氧树脂为20份、阻燃填料为30份时,环氧灌封胶的性能达到最佳,其中拉伸强度达到36.1 MPa,阻燃性能达到UL94 V-0级,相比电痕化指数(CTI)达到600 V。A high performance halogen-free flame retardant epoxy pouring sealant was successfully prepared using DER 331, phosphorus-containing epoxy resin, and self-made modified epoxy resin as matrix resin, aluminum hydroxide as flame retardant filler, and methyl tetrahydrophthalic anhydride as curing agent. The mechanical properties, electrical insulating property, and flame retardant of the pouring sealant were studied. The test results show that when the additive amount of phosphorus-containing epoxy resin is 30 phr, self-made modified epoxy resin is 20 phr, and flame retardant filler is 30 phr, the epoxy resin pouring sealant shows the best performance. The tensile strength reaches 36.1 MPa, the flame retardant reaches UL94 V-0 level, and the comparative track index(CTI) reaches 600 V.
