摘  要:针对目前传统化学交联绝缘料中交联剂含量过高的问题,通过添加助交联剂制备过氧化物交联聚乙烯绝缘料,探讨助交联剂对材料凝胶含量、焦烧性能、热延伸、力学性能及介电性能的影响,分析助交联剂的交联机理,并对含助交联剂的绝缘料、传统绝缘料和进口绝缘料进行性能对比测试。结果表明:助交联剂的加入可以明显降低过氧化物交联剂的用量,并使绝缘料保持良好的力学性能、热延伸、凝胶含量和抗焦烧性能,有助于提高绝缘料和电缆的生产效率。由于制备的绝缘料在硫化交联过程中产生的极性交联副产物减少,使得绝缘料的介电性能有所提升。助交联剂的加入可以提高过氧化物自由基寿命和聚乙烯的交联效率,延长绝缘料的焦烧时间,提高绝缘料及电力电缆绝缘的生产效率。含助交联剂的绝缘料与传统化学交联绝缘料的性能相当,可满足电力电缆绝缘的性能指标要求。In view of the high concentration of crosslinking agent in the traditional chemical crosslinking insulating materials, a peroxide crosslinked polyethylene insulating material was prepared by adding co-crosslinking agent. The effect of co-crosslinking agent on the gel content, scorch safety, thermal elongation, mechanical properties, and dielectric properties were investigated. The crosslinking mechanism of co-crosslinking agent was analyzed, and the performance of the insulating material containing co-crosslinking agent, traditional insulating material, and imported insulating material was compared. The results show that the amount of peroxide crosslinking agent reduces obviously after the addition of co-crosslinking agent, and the insulating material maintains good mechanical properties, thermal elongation, gel content, and scorch safety. The polar crosslinking by-products produced during the vulcanization process of insulating material decreases, so its dielectric properties increases. The introduction of co-crosslinking agent can improve the lifetime of peroxide free radicals and the crosslinking efficiency of polyethylene,prolong the scorch time, and increase the production efficiency of insulating materials and power cables.Compared with the traditional insulating materials, the insulating materials containing co-crosslinking agent can meet the requirements of power cables insulation.
