摘 要:芳纶纸是海上风力发电机的常用绝缘材料,在重复脉冲条件下研究盐雾环境老化对其绝缘性能的影响,对保证海上风力发电机绝缘系统的可靠性至关重要。本文在高频重复脉冲条件下,研究了不同盐雾老化时间对NKN绝缘纸耐电晕寿命及局部放电统计特性的影响。结果表明:经过48 h和96 h盐雾老化后,重复脉冲下NKN绝缘纸的耐电晕寿命分别缩短了15%和20%,绝缘击穿点周围腐蚀情况逐渐加重,且平均局部放电幅值有所增加。因此,在设计评估海上双馈风力发电机绝缘系统时,需要考虑盐雾环境对绝缘的影响,以提升绝缘耐电晕寿命的裕度。Aramid paper is a kind of commonly used insulating materials of off-shore wind turbine, and it is important to study the effect of salt-spray fog ageing on the insulation performance of aramid paper under repetitive impulsive voltage for ensuring the reliability of insulation system of off-shore wind turbine. The effects of salt-spray fog ageing time on the corona resistance life and partial discharge statistical characteristic of Nomex-Kapton-Nomex(NKN) insulation paper were studied under high frequency repetitive voltage. The results show that the corona resistance life of NKN insulation paper after salt-spray fog ageing for 48 and 96 hours decreases by 15% and 20%, respectively. Moreover, corrosion around the breakdown point becomes more serious, and the average partial discharge amplitude increases.Accordingly, when we design and evaluate the corona resistance life of offshore doubly-fed wind turbine insulation system, the effect of the salt-spray environment on the insulation should be considered to improve the margin of corona resistance life.
