摘 要:高通量测序技术是当前主流的测序技术,具有快速、灵敏、高通量以及非序列依赖性等特点。本文详细阐述了高通量测序技术的发展以及检测植物病毒的流程,并探讨了该技术应用于植物病毒检测的优势和不足。同时,介绍了利用该技术发现的新的病毒或类病毒,尤其是一些已被欧洲和地中海国家植物保护组织列入检疫性有害生物名录的病毒。目前,有些国家已应用该技术筛查进口植物材料携带的病毒,这对我国的口岸检疫工作提供了新思路。High-throughput sequencing technology is the main sequencing technology at present,and is characterized with rapid,sensitive,high throughput and sequence-independent.We here expound the development of this technology and the detection process of plant virus,and also discuss the advantage and the disadvantage of this technology in the application of detecting plant virus.At the same time,we introduce some of the new viruses or viriods that have been discovered recently with this technology,especially those viruses that have been listed as quarantine pests by the EPPO.The technology has been applied currently to discover the virus from imported plant material in some countries,which provides a new idea for the quarantine work in China.
