三维平衡正脊手法治疗退行性腰椎管狭窄症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察三维平衡正脊手法治疗退行性腰椎管狭窄症的临床疗效。方法:将120例退行性腰椎管狭窄症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例,治疗组采用三维平衡正脊手法治疗,对照组采用斜扳正脊手法治疗。采用疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)及日本骨科协会评分(JOA)评价治疗效果。结果:两组患者治疗后VAS评分比较,治疗组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组显效率为90.00%,对照组显效率为76.67%,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访时,治疗组显效率为94.74%,对照组显效率为87.93%,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:三维平衡正脊手法治疗退行性腰椎管狭窄症的疗效显著,并有较好的远期疗效。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of three-dimensional balanced spinal manipulation in the treatment of degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis.Methods:120 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 60 cases in each.The treatment group was treated with three-dimensional balanced ridge manipulation,and the control group was treated with oblique-pulling chiropractic manipulation.Visual analogue scale(VAS)and Japanese orthopaedic association score(JOA)were used to evaluate the therapeutic effect.Results:After treatment,the VAS score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the effective rate of the treatment group was 90.00%,and that of the control group was 76.67%,the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).During the follow-up,the effective rate of the treatment group was 94.74%,and that of the control group was 87.93%,the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Three-dimensional balanced spinal manipulation is effective in the treatment of degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis and has a good long-term effect.
