摘  要:在分析卓越中医师"5+3"一体化人才培养模式改革背景、现状、原则、特征基础上,结合中医药人才培养规律及院校实际,在课程体系设置、教学模式方法改革、实践教学模式改革、医学人文素质教育等方面探讨卓越中医师"5+3"一体化人才培养模式的改革与实践,以期进一步提升卓越中医人才培养质量并为长学制中医人才培养模式建设提供参考。Based on the analysis of the background, current situation, principles and characteristics of the "5+3" integrative talent training mode reform of excellent Chinese medicine, combined with the law of training Chinese medicine talents and the actuality of colleges and universities, the curriculum system is set up. The reform of teaching mode and method, the reform of practical teaching mode and the quality education of medical humanities discuss "5+3" integrative talent training model for excellent TCM doctors, so as to further improve the quality of the training of outstanding Chinese medicine talents and provide reference for the construction of the long-term Chinese medicine personnel training model.
