目视化管理在医院应对新冠肺炎应急管理中的应用

摘　　要：中山大学附属第三医院岭南医院作为新冠肺炎定点收治医院,在应对疫情的应急管理中,通过运用定位法、标示法、分区法、图形法、颜色法、方向法、地图法等多种目视化管理方法在医院门诊、发热门诊、隔离病区、急诊等重点场所建立起一整系统、完善、高效的目视化管理系统。保证了医院各项应急管理制度得到高效的执行,降低了院内感染发生的概率,维持了正常医疗秩序,保障了患者得到有效的医疗救治。The third affiliated hospital of Sun Yat-sen University,Lingnan Hospital,as a designated hospital for COVID-19,has established an organized and efficient visual management system in key places,such as outpatient clinic,fever clinic,isolated ward,and emergency department,by using positioning method,marking method,zoning method,graphic method,color method,direction method,map method and other visual management methods. It ensures the efficient implementation of various emergency management systems in the hospital,reduces the probability of infection in the hospital,maintains the normal medical order,and ensures the effective medical treatment of patients.
