摘  要:中南大学湘雅医院通过床位资源整合、入院流程再造,建立了一套具有湘雅特色的患者收治体系,使床位服务集中化、高效化、精细化。实现了全院普通区100%的病床集中预约、统筹安排,入院患者人数逐年增长,急诊患者3天内入住率达99%,提高了医疗效率,维护了急诊绿色通道通畅,提高了患者满意度。Xiangya Hospital of the Central South University has established a set of patient admission system with the characteristics of Xiangya,by way of the overscheduling of the sickbeds and the reconstruction of admission procedures,so as to make sickbed service centralized,high-efficient and elaborate. As a result,the hospital has achieved 100% centralized appointment and realized overall scheduling of sickbeds in the common wards of the hospital,consecutive increase in admissions of patients year by year,and 99% admissions of emergency patients within 3 days. The medical efficiency has been improved,the smoothness of green channel of the emergency department maintained,and patient satisfaction consequently improved.
