从技术鉴定角度分析普通外科医疗事故原因和风险防范

摘　　要：目的从技术鉴定角度分析普通外科医疗事故的特征、产生原因和重点环节,提出防范措施。方法对本鉴定中心2011-2018年74例普通外科医疗事故技术鉴定的结果,从医疗机构等级、事故等级、责任程度、事故原因等方面进行分析。结果普通外科医疗事故阳性率54. 05%。不同等级医疗机构事故率有差别,三级医院发生医疗事故率较高,医方承担主要责任和次要责任为主。发生医疗事故原因有:手术操作不当、告知沟通不充分、病历书写不规范等。结论医疗机构应提高法律意识,严格执行操作规范,加强医患沟通,正确书写和保存病历。Objective To analyze the characters and causes of medical malpractice in general surgery,and provide relevant countermeasures. Methods 74 cases of medical malpractice in general surgery from 2011 to 2018 were analyzed by technical identification in terms of medical institution level,accident level,responsibilities and causes of medical malpractice. Results The positive rate of medical malpractice was 54. 05%. There were differences among different levels of hospitals in medical malpractice rates. The medical malpractice rate of class A hospital was higher than the hospitals of other levels. The class A hospitals took main or secondary responsibilities. The causes of medical malpractice included inappropriate surgical operation,insufficient information,and improper medical records. Conclusion Hospitals should strengthen the legal consciousness,strictly implement the operation standards,enhance doctor-patient communication,and correctly write and preserve medical records.
