摘　　要：分类管理作为民办教育领域的重大政策,对民办高校的可持续发展有着关键性的指导作用。在政策的推进过程中,受传统"重义轻利"思想、现实营利诉求以及配套政策不完善等因素影响,民办高校在分类选择时极易陷入"霍布森选择效应"陷阱。文章聚焦分类管理下民办高校的选择困境,分析"霍布森选择效应"产生的根源,提出正确认知营利性与非营利性民办高校、平等对待营利性与非营利性民办高校的对策。As an important policy in the field of non-governmental education,classified management plays a key role in the sustainable development of non-governmental institutions of higher learning.However,in the process of policy promotion,influenced by the traditional idea of"valuing justice over profit",profit demands in reality and the imperfection of relevant supporting policies,non-governmental institutions of higher learning are easy to fall into the trap of"Hobson’s choice effect"in the choice of classified management.This paper focuses on the choice of classification management of non-governmental institutions of higher learning,and analyzes the root causes of"Hobson’s choice effect".Countermeasures are proposed to correctly recognize for-profit and non-profit non-governmental institutions of higher learning,and to treat them equally.
