摘 要:受办学性质、办学经历、师资队伍以及激励评价制度等影响,民办本科高校的教学与科研呈平行发展,这在很大程度上影响着应用型人才培养的质量。调查安徽民办本科高校教学与科研协同情况后发现,各高校教师科研投入时间较少,教师将学科前沿和热点以及科研成果融入教学的案例较少,教学与科研协同发展机制尚未完全构建。只有强化本科办学定位、推进教学与科研评价一体化、加强团队建设并加大经费投入,才能全面理顺教学与科研的内在关系,满足区域经济社会发展对应用型高级人才的需求。Due to the unique running nature,the running experience,the teaching staff,the incentive and evaluation system of teaching and scientific research in non-governmental regular universities,the two important functions of teaching and scientific research that need to be coordinated and integrated develop in parallel,which greatly affects the quality of application-oriented talents training. After investigating the synergy between teaching and scientific research in non-governmental regular universities in Anhui,it is found that teachers have limited time to invest in research,and there are few cases where teachers have integrated the frontiers and hotspots of the subject and the transformation of scientific research results into teaching,and the cooperative development mechanism of teaching and scientific research has not yet been fully established. Only by highlighting the strengthening of the orientation of undergraduate education,the integration of teaching and scientific research evaluation,the strengthening of team building,and the increasing funding,can the overall relationship between teaching and scientific research be fully rationalized,and the demand for application-oriented senior professionals in regional economic and social development be met.
