内口切闭术治疗肛瘘的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析内口切闭术治疗肛瘘的效果。方法对18例肛瘘患者行内口切闭术治疗,术后4个月后评价总有效率和并发症发生情况。结果术后4个月,18例病例治疗总有效率为83.33%,术后疼痛平均评分为轻微,患者均可以忍受,术后发生感染2例,坠胀不适1例,排便障碍1例,吻合口撕裂1例。结论内口切闭术治疗肛瘘疗效确切,具有减轻痛苦、减少肛门损伤的优点。Objective To analyze the effect of treating anal fistulas with closure of the internal opening by stapler Methods Eighteen patients with anal fistula were treated by anal fistula closure of the internal opening by stapler.The total effective rate and complications were evaluated 4 months after operation.Results The patients were followed up for 4 months,the total effective rate of 18 cases was 88.33%.The average score of postoperative pain is tolerable for patients with mild pain.Postoperative infection occurred in 2 cases,heaving discomfort in 1 case,defecation disorder in 1 case,anastomotic tear in 1 case.Conclusion Closure of the internal opening by stapler is effective.The procedure has the advantages of relieving pain and reducing anal injury.
