摘  要:[目的]对4种常用除草剂(唑啉草酯、解草啶、丙草胺和氯氟吡啶酯)进行分析方法验证,并对自制的45%乳油进行定量分析。[方法]用Zorbax StableBond SB-Phenyl填料的不锈钢色谱柱和紫外器(240 nm),乙腈-甲醇-1%磷酸水溶液作为流动相梯度洗脱进行组分分离,外标法对各组分进行定量分析。[结果]唑啉草酯、解草啶、丙草胺和氯氟吡啶酯具有较宽的线性范围和较好的相关系数(0.9999、0.9993、0.9995、1.0000),并且变异系数分别为0.7%、0.1%、0.1%和0.3%,平均回收率分别为97.9%、99.4%、100.8%和98.5%。[结论]方法操作简便,结果可靠,拥有较好的线性范围、精密度和回收率,可作为含有该组分产品同时检测的分析方法。[Aims]This study aims to develop a quantitative analysis method for four common herbicides(pinoxaden,fenclorim,pretilachlor and florpyrauxifen-benzyl),and then the quantification analyses ofhome-made sample was determined.[Methods]The quantitative analysis of pinoxaden,fenclorim,pretilachlor and florpyrauxifen-benzyl was conducted by high performance liquid chromatography external standard method with Zorbax StableBond SB-Phenyl analytical column,acetonitrile-methanol-1% phosphoric acid aqueous solution as mobile phase for gradient elution,and UV detector at 240 nm.[Results]The linear correlation coefficients for pinoxaden,fenclorim,pretilachlor and florpyrauxifen-benzyl were 0.99990.9993,0.9995 and 1.0000,respectively.The coefficients of variation were 0.7,0.1,0.1 and 0.3%,the average recoveries were 97.9,99.4,100.8 and 98.5%,respectively.[Conclusions]The method is simple and reliable with good linear relationship,high precision and recovery,which is suitable for quantitative analysis of formulation containing these components.
