摘  要:[目的]为筛选防治马铃薯晚疫病有效药剂,为病害防治提供理论依据。[方法]采用室内生物活性测定与田间防效试验相结合方法。[结果]8-羟基喹啉钙分别与丁子香酚、8-羟基喹啉锌、氟啶胺复配活性表现为增效。田间试验表明:8-羟基喹啉钙+氟啶胺(40+80)g a.i./hm^2、8-羟基喹啉钙+8-羟基喹啉锌(60+60)g a.i./hm^2、8-羟基喹啉钙+丁子香酚(60+3)g a.i./hm^2防效在78%以上。[结论]筛选出防治马铃薯晚疫病菌的有效药剂及配比,为防治马铃薯晚疫病奠定基础。[Aims]The study aims to screen out effective chemicals to control Phytophthora infestans,and to provide a theoretical basis for controlling P.infestans.[Methods]The field trials and laboratory experiments were conducted to test the fungicidal activity.[Results]The results showed that the mixtures of calcium 8-hydroxyquinoline with 4-allyl-2-methoxy-phenol,zinc-8-quinolinolate and fluazinam respectively showed synergism on the P.infestans.Furthermore,the field trials indicated more than 78% control treated with the mixture of calcium 8-hydroxyquinoline+fluazinam(40+80)g a.i./ha,calcium 8-hydroxyquinoline+zinc-8-quinolinolate(60+60)g a.i./ha,calcium 8-hydroxyquinoline+4-allyl-2-methoxy-phenol(60+3)g a.i./ha.[Conclusions]The effective fungicides and proportions were screened out,which laid a foundation for better control of P.infestans.
