摘 要:基于广域测量系统(WAMS)测功角原理,提出一种继电保护采样检查系统。设置采集终端,采用一次升流二次加压的方式,通过高精度的对时和守时模块,同步测量电压、电流数据,打上时标后上送至主站的数据服务器,由数据服务器计算出预期结果,回传至站内显示终端与保护装置实际采样值进行比对,从而达到对采样回路全面检查的目的,并针对基建站和运行站两种情况,说明对差动保护各侧电流极性的一致性和电压、电流相位关系正确性进行检查的具体操作方法。通过在试验室进行动模试验和110kV浮白I线保护改造现场进行工程试验,验证了该方案可有效检测出电流极性、相序接错等保护采样回路存在的问题。In this paper,based on the principle of measuring power angle in a wide-area measurement system,a separate sampling inspection system is proposed.The voltage and current data are measured synchronously through the high precision timing and punctuality module using the primary current and secondary voltage.The data is sent to the master server after marking time,and the theoretical sampling value is calculated by the data server.On the one hand,it is transmitted to the safety zoneⅢ via the reverse lateral isolation device and automatically checks the sampling data of the insurance system;on the other hand,it is sent back to the display terminal in the substation for manual comparison with the actual sampling value of the protection device,thereby achieving the purpose of comprehensive inspection of the sampling loop.The method can find the polarity of the sampling loop,the phase sequence is wrong,the virtual terminal is connected incorrectly,and the optical difference channel is not synchronized.Combined with specific engineering examples,the operation method of sampling for line protection,bus protection and transformer protection is introduced in both new substations and operating substations.The effectiveness of the system was verified by experiments in 220 kV Beiyang and Qipan substations.
