新冠肺炎疫情下住院患儿家长自我效能、社会支持与焦虑的现状调查及分析

摘　　要：目的:了解新冠肺炎疫情下住院患儿家长自我效能、社会支持与焦虑的现状,为疫情期间降低住院患儿家长焦虑情绪提供有效措施。方法:采用便利抽样法,用自行设计的一般资料问卷、自我效能感量表、焦虑自评量表及社会支持量表对198名住院患儿家长进行问卷调查。结果:高中以下和大专以上文化住院患儿家长在自我效能、社会支持和焦虑总分上比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);自我效能总分、社会支持总分与焦虑总分呈负相关(r=-0.210,-0.198,P<0.05),自我效能总分与社会支持总分呈正相关(r=0.285,P<0.05);线性回归结果显示:文化程度、社会支持和自我效能纳入回归模型,可解释变异的16.7%。结论:在新冠肺炎疫情下住院患儿家长文化程度越高,社会支持和自我效能水平越高,焦虑情绪会降低。Objective:To understand the current situation of self-efficacy,social support and anxiety of parents of hospitalized children during the epidemic of COVID-19,and provide effective measures to reduce the anxiety of parents and hospitalized children during the epidemic.Methods:The convenience sampling method was used to survey 198 parents of hospitalized children with self-designed general information questionnaire,self-efficacy scale,self-rating anxiety scale and social support scale.Results:There was a statistically significant difference in the total scores of self-efficacy,social support,and anxiety among parents of hospitalized children,whose education belongs to under high school or high school or college(P<0.05).The total scores of self-efficacy and social support were negatively correlated with the total score of anxiety(r=-0.210,-0.198,P<0.05).The total score of self-efficacy was positively correlated with the total score of social support(r=0.285,P<0.05).The results of linear regression showed that the education level,social support,and self-efficacy were included in the regression model,which accounted for 16.7%of the variance.Conclusion:The higher educational level of parents of hospitalized children under COVID-19 epidemic,the higher level of social support and self-efficacy,and the lower level of anxiety.
