摘 要:目的:对比我国自主研发SUNLIFE Palm CPR■胸腔按压反馈仪与挪度模拟人(Resusci Anne QCPR)对相同按压的一致性情况,探索SUNLIFE Palm独立运用国内培训的可行性。方法:招募300名心肺复苏学员进行2 min的连续单纯胸外按压,并同时使用SUNLIFE Palm、挪度Resusci Anne QCPR收集按压数据。比较两组平均按压深度、平均按压频率、按压深度达标率、按压回弹达标率。结果:与挪度Resusci Anne QCPR相比,SUNLIFE Palm在平均深度与具有良好一致性(ICC=0.808),平均频率(ICC=0.589)、深度达标次数(ICC=0.544)一致性一般,回弹不足次数(ICC=0.278)一致性较差。结论:SUNLIFE Palm可应用于国内培训,但回弹不足问题上需要额外关注。Objective:To Compare the performance of SUNLIFE Palm■cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)feed-back device which is designed and made in China with Resusci Anne QCPR Full Body manikin,further to investigate the available use of SUNLIFE Palm in the CPR training in China.Methods:300 CPR learners were recruited.They performed 2 minutes continuous chest compression-only CPR on Resusci Anne QCPR Full Body manikin,the SUNLIFE Palm®CPR feed-back device was implemented on the manikin as well.The average compression depth、rare、the ratio of good compression depth and recoil.Results:Compared with Resusci Anne QCPR Full Body manikin,SUNLIFE Palm®CPR feed-back device had good performance on monitoring average depth(ICC=0.808),mild performance on monitoring average compression rate(ICC=0.589)and the ratio of good compression depth(ICC=0.544),but poor performance on monitoring recoil ratio(ICC=0.278).Conclusion:SUNLIFE Palm®CPR feed-back device are available to be used in the CPR training.However,the poor performance on monitoring recoil needs to be considered.
