摘  要:目的比较合成冰片与S101对家兔肠道平滑肌、子宫平滑肌的药效差异,研究S101能否替代合成冰片,为临床上冰片的使用提供新的药用资源。方法采用RM6240生物信号采集系统,观察在10~100 mg·L^-1质量浓度下,S101组、合成冰片组、溶剂对照组对家兔肠道平滑肌、子宫平滑肌平均张力、频率、活动力的影响。结果①合成冰片与S101在终浓度10~100 mg·L^-1范围内对肠道平滑肌、子宫平滑肌平均张力、频率、活动力均有明显的抑制作用,药效均与剂量呈正相关。②给药终质量浓度为100 mg·L^-1,S101组肠道平滑肌平均张力抑制率(52.781±1.485)%显著高于合成冰片组(35.713±1.456)%(P<0.01),频率抑制率(55.041±1.826)%显著高于合成冰片组(43.396±1.145)%(P<0.01),活动力抑制率(78.776±0.982)%显著高于合成冰片组(63.612±1.074)%(P<0.01)。给药终质量浓度为100 mg·L^-1,S101组气管平滑肌平均张力抑制率(44.052±2.022)%显著高于合成冰片组(33.511±3.270)%(P<0.01),频率抑制率(40.359±2.764)%显著高于合成冰片组(31.168±1.410)%(P<0.01),活动力抑制率(66.642±1.086)%显著高于合成冰片组(54.254±1.994)%(P<0.01)。③溶剂对照组3种抑制率的绝对值较低,对平滑肌的影响可忽略不计。结论合成冰片与S101对家兔肠道平滑肌、子宫平滑肌平均张力、频率、活动力均有明显抑制作用。S101效果优于合成冰片,存在替代合成冰片的可能。Objective To compare the efficacy of synthetic borneol and S101 on intestinal smooth muscle and uterine smooth muscle of rabbits,and to study whether S101 can replace synthetic borneol,so as to provide new medical resources for clinical use of borneol.Methods RM6240 biological signal acquisition system was used to observe the effects of two drugs on the mean tension,frequency and activity of intestinal smooth muscle and uterine smooth muscle of rabbits at 10-100 mg·L^-1 mass concentration.Results(1)Synthetic borneol and S101 had significant inhibitory effects on the mean tension,frequency and activity of intestinal smooth muscle and uterine smooth muscle within the final concentration range of 10~100 mg·L^-1,and the efficacy was positively correlated with the dose.(2)The final mass concentration was 100 mg·L^-1,the mean muscle tone inhibition rate(52.781±1.485)%in S101 group was significantly higher than that in synthetic borneol group(35.713±1.456)%(P<0.01),frequency inhibition rate(55.041±1.826)%was significantly higher than that in synthetic borneol group(43.396±1.145)%(P<0.01),and activity inhibition rate(78.776±0.982)%was significantly higher than that in synthetic borneol group(63.612±1.074)%(P<0.01).The final mass concentration was 100 mg·L^-1,the mean tension inhibition rate(44.052±2.022)%in S101 group was significantly higher than that in synthetic borneol group(33.511±3.270)%(P<0.01),frequency inhibition rate(40.359±2.764)%was significantly higher than that in synthetic borneol group(31.168±1.410)%(P<0.01),and activity inhibition rate(66.642±1.086)%was significantly higher than that in synthetic borneol group(54.254±1.994)%(P<0.01).(3)The absolute value of the three inhibition rates in the solvent control group was low,the effect on the smooth muscle can be ignored.Conclusion Synthetic borneol and S101 can significantly inhibit the mean tension,frequency and activity of intestinal smooth muscle and uterine smooth muscle in rabbits.The effect of S101 is better than synthetic borneol.
