眼针“醒神通经”技术对缺血性中风急性期肢体运动障碍随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：目的观察眼针"醒神通经"技术治疗缺血性中风急性期肢体运动障碍的临床疗效。方法使用随机平行对照方法,将174例处于缺血性中风急性期患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组在西医治疗基础上予常规眼针、头针及体针治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上再运用眼针"醒神通经"技术。每日1次,每周5 d,休息2 d。总疗程均2周。以简化Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分量表(FMA)、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NHISS)评分和改良Barthel指数对两组治疗前后肢体运动及神经功能情况进行评定。结果两组治疗后FMA评分、Barthel指数、NHISS评分均较治疗前提高(均P<0.05),治疗组治疗后FMA评分、Barthel指数均优于对照组(均P<0.05),观察组与对照组NHISS评分未见明显差异(P>0.05)。结论眼针"醒神通经"技术能改善缺血性中风急性期患者的肢体功能,疗效优于常规眼-头-体针治疗,值得推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of periocular acupuncture and"inducing resuscitation and unblocking meridians"technique in the treatment of limb dyskinesia in the acute phase of ischemic stroke.Methods A randomized controlled trial of 174 patients with acute ischemic stroke was randomized into a treatment group and a control group.The control group received conventional periocular,scalp and body acupuncture on the basis of Western medicine treatment.On the basis of the control group,the treatment group used the eye-catching technique to"inducing resuscitation and unblocking meridians".Once a day,rest for 2 days 5 days a week.The total course of treatment was 2 weeks.The limb movement and neurological function of the two groups before and after treatment were evaluated by simplifying the Fugl-Meyer motor function rating scale(FMA),NHISS score and modified Barthel index.Results After treatment,the FMA score,Barthel index and NHISS score were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).The FMA score and Barthel index were better in the treatment group than that in the control group(both P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the NHISS scores and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion The periocular acupuncture"inducing resuscitation and unblocking meridians"technique can improve the limb function of patients with acute ischemic stroke.The curative effect is better than the conventional eye-head-body needle,which is worthy of popularization and application.
