基于“肾-脑髓-干细胞”轴探讨缺血性卒中及神经再生

摘　　要：从"肾-脑髓-干细胞"轴角度,分别阐释"肾精与脑髓""肾精与干细胞"的物质和功能联系,在此基础上提出"肾虚血瘀-瘀血热毒-瘀热伤髓"为缺血性卒中发病的基本病机演变的串联过程,并因此得出补肾生髓这一重要治疗原则,在这一原则的指导下通过辨证用药,证实一些补肾益精中药可有效的促使神经干细胞增殖、分化、迁移,促进神经再生,达到修复受损脑组织作用。从而以"肾-脑髓-干细胞"理论实质内涵出发,为探讨防治缺血性卒中提供重要理论依据支持。From the perspective of"kidney-brain-stem cells"axis,the interpretation of the"kidney essence and the brain""kidney essence and stem cell"of substance and function,based on this,advances"kidney deficiency and blood stasis-blood stasis and heat toxin heat stagnation and marrow injury"as the basic pathogenesis of ischemic stroke in series process of evolution,and therefore get kidney raw pulp this important treatment principles,under the guidance of this principle by dialectical medication,confirmed some invigorating the essence of traditional Chinese medicine can effectively prompt neural stem cell proliferation,differentiation,migration,promote the nerve regeneration,to repair damaged brain tissue.Therefore,based on the essential connotation of the theory of"kidney-brain marrow-stem cells",it provides an important theoretical basis for the discussion of prevention and treatment of ischemic stroke.
