进口与国产血竭临床治疗作用机制研究进展

摘　　要：近年来,进口血竭与国产血竭比较性研究的文章诸多,包括基源考证、采收加工、化学成分、真伪鉴别、含量测定及定性鉴别等方面。而对治疗疾病的机制研究相对较少,该文重点总结二者作用机制及其相关性,以证实国产血竭可在部分药理作用方面作为进口血竭的替代品,为临床用药提供理论依据。In recent years,there are many articles on the comparative study of imported Draconis Sanguis and domesitc Draconis Sanguis,including original research processing chemical identification content determination,qualitative identification,etc.However,there are relatively few studies on the mechanism of treating diseases,this paper summarizes the mechanism of action and its correlation to confirm domestic Draconis Sanguis in some pharmacological effects can be as a substitute for imports of Draconis Sanguis,as to provide theoretical basis for clinical medication.
