摘  要:探索了负压汽提技术在PVC浆料脱吸VCM中的应用,研究了压力、汽提温度、浆料停留时间、浆料流量对VCM脱吸速率的影响。研究结果表明:压力控制在-55^-50 kPa、温度控制在80℃左右时,可保证残留VCM有效脱吸,相对于常压汽提可节约近80%的蒸汽消耗。The application of vacuum stripping technology to the desorption of VCM from PVC slurry was explored.The influences of pressure,stripping temperature,slurry residence time and slurry flow rate on the desorption rate of VCM were studied.The results showed that,when the pressure was controlled in the range of-55 to-50 kPa and the temperature was controlled at about 80℃,VCM could be effectively desorbed and steam consumption could be saved by nearly 80%compared with the normal pressure stripping.
