双边叠合梁板后张法预应力装配道路施工关键技术研究

摘　　要：以深圳某公路工程装配施工为例,重点介绍了一种双边叠合梁板后张法预应力装配道路施工技术,其施工工艺流程包括:(1)路基处理;(2)纵向叠合梁吊装;(3)叠合板吊装;(4)叠合板端头L型槽打入钢棒;(5)误差校核调整;(6)预应力管道铺设、固定;(7)纵向相邻叠合板节点处横向叠合梁安装;(8)后浇段混凝土浇筑;(9)预应力筋张拉、锚固;(10)重复步骤(2)^(9),依次"逐段吊装,逐块预应力筋张拉封锚",直至完成整个道路工程施工。双边叠合梁板后张法预应力装配道路设计采用"双叠合构件+预应力+后浇混凝土装配"技术方案,整体遵循"逐段吊装,边吊边灌浆,双叠合构件现场装配,预应力筋配合后浇混凝土浇筑、养护、张拉、封锚"的原则,技术方案可行有效,对推动我国公路工程装配化施工具有一定意义。Taking the assembly construction of a highway project in Shenzhen as an example,a kind of construction technology of post-tensioned prestressed assembly pavement after bilateral composite beamprefabricated wallboard is mainly introduced in the paper.The construction process includes:(1)subgrade treatment;(2)erection and install of longitudinal composite beam;(3)laminated plate hoisting;(4)drill the L-shaped groove at the end of laminated plate into steel bar;(5)checking and adjustment of error;(6)laying and fixing of prestressed pipeline;(7)installation of transverse laminated beams at longitudinal adjacent laminated slab joints,(8)concrete pouring in post-pouring section,(9)tension and anchoring of prestressed tendons;(10)to repeat steps from(2)^(9).In turn,the procedure of"erection step by step,tensioned and sealed anchor with prestressed tendons one by one"until the construction of the whole road project is completed.The design of post-tensioned prestressed assembly pavement after bilateral composite beam-precast wallboard adopts the technical scheme of "prestress post-pouring concrete assembly of double laminated members",which follows the principle of"step-by-step hoisting,grouting while hanging and on-site assembly of double superimposed members",the technical scheme is feasible and effective in general,which is of great significance to promote the assembly construction of highway engineering in China.
