摘  要:针对配电设备种类繁杂、数量巨大的特点,提出一种配电系统设备状态检修策略优化模型,用于支撑配电设备的状态检修决策。首先基于马尔科夫链,建立设备多状态转移模型,模拟设备在运行过程中可能出现的多种劣化状态。然后,在设备多状态转移模型中增加巡检率、维修率等参数,求解状态转移方程,得到各类检修参数对设备故障率的影响。进而考虑设备故障对整个系统的可靠性指标的影响,以检修参数为优化变量,以系统整体经济性最优为目标,建立状态检修参数优化模型,并应用遗传算法求解,得到各类设备的最优检修参数。以RTBS-Bus6配电网为算例,验证该文状态检修参数优化模型的有效性,结果可为配电网设备的巡检间隔、检修方式的制定提供策略参考。An optimization model of the condition-based maintenance strategy for the distribution system equipment was proposed to support the decision-making of the distribution system equipment maintenance considering the complexity and huge quantity of the distribution equipment.Firstly,a multi-state transition model for the distribution equipment was established,based on the Markov chain,to simulate various deterioration states that may occur during the operation of the equipment.Secondly,the maintenance parameters were added to the equipment multi-state transition model.And the influence of various maintenance parameters on the equipment failure rate was obtained by solving the state transition equation.Then,taking the maintenance parameters as the optimization variables and the overall economy of the system as the objective,the optimization model of the condition-based maintenance strategy was established.The genetic algorithm was applied to get the optimal maintenance parameters of all kinds of equipment.The RTBS-Bus6 distribution network was used to verify the effectiveness of the optimization model,which can provide a reference for the maintenance strategy of the distribution network equipment.
