摘 要:提出一种基于城市生活垃圾火焰辐射光谱的典型可燃组分含量在线预测新方法。实验对象为包括3种纸,4种生物质,3种纤维,2种果皮以及3种塑料在内的15种典型可燃组分,同时测量其在不同温度下的火焰辐射光谱。基于多变量最小化方法,通过拟合某700t/d生活垃圾焚烧炉中燃烧火焰450~500nm波段内的光谱,可得到燃烧火焰的温度和发射率。利用该温度下每种可燃组分的火焰光谱,对各组分在燃烧垃圾中所占的比例进行反演。结果表明,城市生活垃圾的燃烧火焰光谱主要以粒子的热发射以及Na和K的原子发射主导;通过光谱拟合获得的温度高于热电偶测量温度;利用典型组分的火焰光谱可以很好地表征混合城市生活垃圾燃烧的火焰光谱,并获得典型组分的比例,其中瓦楞纸和木材的平均比例均超过10%,占据主导地位,塑料类的总体比例约为20%;基于各可燃组分比例计算得到的表观热值与机组功率成线性关系。文中开发的新方法能够在线并且准确地获取焚烧炉中城市生活垃圾组分信息,对改善和提高城市生活垃圾燃烧控制性能具有重要的意义。A novel method to predict the fraction of typical combustible components of municipal solid waste(MSW)using flame radiation spectrum was proposed.Fifteen components including 3 kinds of papers,4 kinds of biomass,3 kinds of fibers,2 kinds of fruit residues and 3 kinds of plastics were selected as representative components.The spectra of these components under different temperatures were recorded as reference data.The flame spectra of the combustion flame in a 700 t/d MSW incinerator was captured and the flame temperature and emissivity were obtained through fitting the spectrum between 450 nm to 500 nm by the multivariable minimization method.The spectrum of each combustible component at the deduced temperature was employed to retrieve its fraction in the burning MSW.Results show that the spectrum of MSW combustion flame is dominated by the continuous particle thermal emission and the atomic emission of Na and K.The temperature obtained through spectrum fitting is higher than thermocouple measurement.The flame spectrum of mixed MSW combustion can be well represented by spectra of representative components and the fraction of each component in the burning MSW is obtained.Packaging paper and wood are the main contributors whose average fractions are over 10%.The overall fraction of plastics is around 20%.The apparent heating value calculated from the combustible component fraction is linearly proportional to the output electrical capacity.It suggested that the method developed in this paper has provided a very promising solution to get on-line MSW component information,which may significantly improve the MSW combustion control performance.
