摘 要:针对桦树沟矿区急倾斜厚大矿体倾角变缓后上盘三角区域矿体回采出矿效率低的问题,提出沿矿岩边界布置分段沿脉平巷方案,进行改善三角区域矿体崩落和放出条件的方案优选研究。根据专家现场经验和试验研究结果,确定了影响方案适应性的12个主要因素,分别为中深孔施工精度、中深孔施工适应性、对矿体条件适应性、生产效率、通风效果、放矿控制难度、井巷工程量、中深孔工程量、掘进工期、凿岩工期、掘进成本、凿岩成本。采用层次分析法,引入专家判别法确定影响因素的权重集。选用模糊综合评判法,对拟定的4个方案进行比选,确定沿矿岩边界布置分段沿脉平巷为较好的回采方案,实际平均回采率为85.83%。The ore recovery efficiency of the triangular ore body close to the hanging wall was low after the dip angle of steeplyinclined thick ore body in Huashugou mining area slows down.Aiming at the problem,a scheme of arranging sub-level ore drift along the boundary of ore and rock was put forward,and the scheme optimization was carried out to improve the conditions of ore body caving and drawing in the triangle area.According to the field experience of experts and experimental research results,twelve main factors affecting the adaptability of the scheme were determined,namely,medium-deep hole construction precision,medium-deep hole construction adaptability,adaptability to ore body conditions,production efficiency,ventilation effect,ore drawing control difficulty,shaft and drift engineering quantity,medium-deep hole engineering quantity,excavation construction period,rock drilling period,excavation cost and rock drilling cost.Using the analytic hierarchy process,the expert discrimination method was introduced to determine the weight set of the influencing factors.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to compare and select the four schemes,and it was concluded that the scheme of arranging sublevel ore drift along the boundary of ore and rock is a better mining scheme with an actual average recovery rate of 85.83%.
