摘  要:分层充填是目前应用较为广泛的一种高效、简单、安全的采矿方法,为实现机械化生产,需每3~4个分层掘进一条脉外分段巷道及分层联络道。脉外分层联络道施工复杂、周期长,在薄~中厚矿体的开采中,存在采准工程量大、采切比大、成本高等问题。研究提出脉内上向水平分层充填采矿法,取消常规分段巷道、采场联络道等工程,将采准巷道布置在脉内,结果表明,采切比低于5 m/kt,大幅降低了采切工程量,进而节省了成本,可供类似矿山借鉴。Slicing filling is a widely used mining method at present which is comparatively efficient,simple and safe.To realize mechanized production,one extra-vein sublevel roadway and one slicing drift were excavated every 3~4 levels.The construction of the extra-vein slicing drift was complicated and the period was long.In the mining of the thin to medium-thick ore bodies,there were many problems including large amount of preliminary mining engineering,large mining-cutting ratio and high cost.After arranging the preliminary mining engineering into the vein,the the mining-cutting ratio was lower than 5 m/kt,the mining and cutting engineering was reduced,and the cost was saved.This study could provide a reference for similar mines.
