摘  要:为了制备出适合羊场湾煤矿底板强度的燃煤炉渣混凝土,以电厂燃煤炉渣、水泥、砂子、石子等为原材料配制混凝土,并对炉渣混凝土进行了抗压强度试验研究。研究结果表明:燃煤炉渣是影响混凝土强度的直接原因,炉渣含量的增加会使混凝土抗压强度降低;燃煤炉渣混凝土最佳配比为水泥∶燃煤炉渣∶水∶砂子∶石子=1∶2∶0.74∶0.33∶0.67,混凝土抗压强度可达15MPa以上。In order to prepare the coal-fired slag concrete suitable for the floor strength of Yangchangwan coal mine,the coalfired slag from power plant,cement,sand and gravel were used as raw materials to prepare concrete,and the compressive strength test was carried out on the coal-fired slag concrete.The results showed that the coal-fired slag was the direct cause influencing the strength of concrete,and the increase of coal-fired slag content would reduce the compressive strength of concrete.The best ratio of coal-fired slag concrete was cement∶coal-fired slag∶water∶sand∶stone=1∶2∶0.74∶0.33∶0.67.Under this condition,the compressive strength of concrete can reach more than 15 MPa.
