Numerical Simulation on Support Technology for Bottom Structure of Soft-broken Rock Mass in Axi Gold Mine

摘  要:针对软破岩体采场底部结构支护难题,采用FLAC3D数值模拟分析矿山现有3种支护方式优缺点,以此设计联合支护方案,并从位移和应力模拟分析开挖支护过程中出矿横巷及进路的稳定性情况。结果表明,巷道之间的矿柱内基本无塑性区,剪切塑性破坏区和应力集中也显著减少。联合支护方案已在矿山应用并推广,确保巷道工程安全稳定,支护成本在现有支护成本基础上每延米降低了10%~20%。In view of the support problem for bottom structure of soft-broken rock mass,the advantages and disadvantages of three existing support methods in the mine were analyzed by FlAC3 Dnumerical simulation,and then,the combined support scheme was designed.In addition,the stability of cross cut roadway and drift during excavation and support was simulated and analyzed from the aspects of displacement and stress.The results showed that there was basically no plastic zone in the pillars between roadways,and the shear plastic failure zone and stress concentration were also significantly reduced.The combined support scheme had been applied and popularized in Axi Gold Mine,ensuring the safety and stability of roadway engineering,and the support cost was reduced by 10%~20% per meter on the basis of the existing support cost.
