摘 要:为了预测分级浮选精煤最高的产率,根据等λ原则的预测方法,运用最小二乘法拟合煤泥的浮物累计曲线、边界灰分曲线计算模型,采用正交试验对计算结果进行煤泥分级浮选试验验证,结果表明:当+0.25mm浮选精煤灰分为13.74%,-0.25mm浮选精煤灰分为12.55%时,浮选精煤总产率最高,总灰分为12.95%,与计算结果基本一致;当+0.25mm浮选精煤灰分为14.70%,-0.25mm浮选精煤灰分为13.47%时,浮选精煤总产率最高,与计算结果也基本一致;等λ原则适用于煤泥分级浮选,可以获取最高浮选精煤产率。In order to predict the maximum yield of clean coal in classified flotation,the prediction method based on the equalλprinciple was adopted,and the cumulative floats curve and boundary ash curve of coal slime were fitted by the least squares method.Then,the orthogonal test was used to verify the calculation results of classified flotation of coal slime.The results showed that,when the ash contents of+0.25 mm and-0.25 mm flotation clean coal were 13.74% and 12.55%,the total yield of flotation clean coal was the highest,and the total ash content was 12.95%,which was basically consistent with the calculation results.When the ash contents of+0.25 mm and-0.25 mm flotation clean coal were 14.70% and 13.47%,the total yield of flotation clean coal was the highest,which was basically consistent with the calculation results too.The equalλprinciple was applicable to classification flotation of coal slime,and the maximum yield of flotation clean coal can be obtained.
