摘 要:为了探究尾流收缩叶梢负载(CLT)桨的尾流场及梢涡特性,基于商业计算流体力学软件Star-CCM+对CLT桨P1727的尾流场进行了数值模拟.计算采用DDES(延迟分离涡)方法在进速系数J=0.5的工况下对三套网格进行了不确定度分析,确认了数值方法的可行性,然后对螺旋桨的敞水性能及尾流场进行了计算.研究表明:尾流场的网格细化对螺旋桨的推力及扭矩只有微弱影响,对桨后的流场具有较大影响;尾流区域轴向速度分布分为加速流与自由流,进速系数越大,加速流与自由流的分界线向外扩散的趋势越弱;相邻梢涡之间会发生融合,进速系数越大,融合得越晚,梢涡强度越弱;CLT桨相较于常规桨多出一个端板涡,并且会与梢涡融合;梢涡在向下游发展的过程中,会有明显的收缩现象.To study the wake field and tip vortex characteristics of CLT(contracted and loaded tip)propeller,the wake field of CLT propeller P1727 was numerically simulated based on the commercial computational fluid dynamics software Star-CCM+.The DDES(delayed detached-eddy simulation)method was used to analyze the uncertainty of the three sets of grids under the condition of the speed coefficient J=0.5.The reliability of the numerical method was confirmed,and then the open water performance and wake field of the propeller were calculated.Results show that the refinement of the wake field has only a slight effect on the thrust and torque of the propeller,while it has great influence on the flow field behind the propeller.The axial velocity distribution in the wake region is divided into accelerated flow and free flow.The axial velocity distribution in the wake region is divided into accelerated flow and free flow.With the increase of the advancement coefficient,the trend of the outward diffusion of the boundary line is gradually weakened,the fusion between the tip vortex and the tip vortex will occur,and the speed coefficient will be larger,the later the fusion,the weaker the intensity of the tip vortex.The CLT propeller has one more end plate vortex than the conventional propeller,which will fuse with the tip vortex,and the tip vortex will have obvious shrinkage during the downstream development.
