摘 要:对船模拖曳水池的阻力试验进行不确定度分析,提出了降低试验不确定度的方法.根据船模阻力试验的流程,确定了试验过程中的误差源;根据不确定度的传递方程,确定了误差源对于试验结果影响的大小;在不同日期进行标准船模带舵的单航次重复试验,获得其试验结果.根据总阻力的成分,将所有试验结果换算成名义温度下的数值,进而分析其不确定度.结果表明:在95%置信水平下(k=2),各个速度的总阻力及其主要水动力系数的扩展不确定度均小于1.1%,摩擦阻力系数的扩展不确定度均小于0.025%,弗劳德数的扩展不确定度均小于0.1%.The uncertainty of the resistance tests of the ship model towing tank were analyzed,and the method to reduce the uncertainty of the tests was put forward.According to the process of the ship model resistance test,the error sources in the test process were presented,and the influence of the error sources on the test results were determined according to the transfer equation of uncertainty.Repeated single-run tests of a calibration ship model with rudder were carried out on different dates,and the test results were obtained.According to the components of the total resistance,all the test results were converted into tests values at nominal temperature,and then the uncertainty were analyzed.The analysis results show that at 95%confidence level(k=2),the expanded uncertainty of the total resistance of each speed and its main hydrodynamic coefficients are less than 1.1%.The expanded uncertainty of friction resistance coefficient is less than 0.025%,and that of the Froude number is less than 0.1%.
