摘 要:采用湿法擦洗分散—离心分选的方法对辽宁朝阳膨润土进行了选矿提纯试验研究,并用吸蓝量、XRD、化学成分分析、重金属质量分数分析等评价方法考查了分散剂用量及配比、离心分离因数、离心时间、离心矿浆质量分数等对选矿提纯效果的影响。结果表明:在擦洗时间为30min、擦洗矿浆质量分数为16.67%、NaOH与六偏磷酸钠用量配比为0.3%∶0.6%、离心分离因素为10、离心时间为3min、离心矿浆质量分数为7.69%的条件下,选矿得到的离心溢流产物的蒙脱石质量分数由78.3%提高到94.7%、吸蓝量由40.40g/100g提高到45.37g/100g、胶质价由67.0 mL/15g提高到74.0mL/15g、膨胀倍数由6.5mL/g提高到7.5mL/g。Bentonite in Chaoyang,Liaoning was purified using scrub scattered-centrifugal separation method.The effects of dispersant dosage and proportion,slurry concentration,centrifuging factor,centrifugation time,centrifugal slurry concentration and others on the purification efficiency were investigated by methylene blue index,XRD,chemical composition,heavy metal content analysis and other evaluation methods.The results showed that under the purification conditions of scrubbing time 30min,slurry concentration 16.67%,ratio of sodium hydroxide and sodium hexametaphosphate 0.3%∶0.6%,centrifuging factor 10,centrifugation time 3min and centrifugal slurry concentration 7.69%,the content of montmorillonite of the centrifugal overflow product in beneficiation increased from 78.3%to 94.7%,the blue absorption from 40.40g/100g to 45.37g/100g,the colloid valence from 67.0mL/15g to 74.0mL/15g,and the expansion multiple from 6.5mL/g to 7.5mL/g.
