摘 要:为寻求具有除草活性的农药先导化合物,以取代苯甲酸为原料经酯化、肼解、加成反应合成了5个酰氨基硫脲类化合物,其结构经1H NMR确证。初步的除草活性测试结果表明,所合成的化合物在100 mg/L下对鬼针草根和反枝苋根具有较好的抑制作用,抑制率分别达到70%和80%以上。In order to search for novel pesticide lead compounds with herbicidal activity,five acyl thiosemicarbazides were synthesized from substituted benzoic acid via esterification,hydrazinolysis and addition reactions.The structures of as-synthesized were characterized by 1H NMR.The preliminary herbicidal activity test indicated that the compounds synthesized have good herbicidal activity against the root of Bidens pilosa L and Amaranthus retroflexus L at the concentration of 100 mg/L,which the inhibition rate were up to 70%and 80%,respectively.
