摘 要:研究了AMP-PZ复合体系吸收CO 2反应动力学,测试了AMP-PZ复合体系吸收CO 2的物性参数、总反应速率、总反应速率常数、表观反应速率常数,拟合了两组分本征反应速率常数与温度的关系式,验证了拟一级反应边界条件。从传质的角度研究了添加PZ对复合溶液吸收CO 2速率的影响,研究结果表明PZ浓度和温度与传质系数正相关,在同一PZ浓度下,随温度的增长传质系数约为原溶液的1~1.5倍;在同一温度下,随PZ浓度的增加,传质系数可提升至原溶液的2~4倍。研究结论可为CO 2捕集工程设计传质单元高度计算提供参考。The kinetics of CO 2 absorption reaction in AMP-PZ composite system was studied.The physical parameters,total reaction rate,total reaction rate constant and apparent reaction rate constant of CO 2 absorption in amp-pz composite system were measured.The relationship between intrinsic reaction rate constant of two components and temperature was fitted,and the pseudo first-order reaction boundary condition was verified.The effect of PZ addition on the absorption rate of CO 2 by the composite solution was studied from the perspective of mass transfer.The results show that PZ concentration and temperature are positively related to the mass transfer coefficient.At the same PZ concentration,the mass transfer coefficient is about 1~1.5 times of the original solution with the increase of temperature;at the same temperature,with the increase of PZ concentration,the mass transfer coefficient can be increased to 2~4 times of the original solution.The results can provide a reference for the height calculation of mass transfer unit in CO 2 capture engineering design.
