摘  要:本实验建立萃取-衍生化-GC/MS对人尿中17-酮类固醇(17-KS)分析的方法。首先,优化了17-KS共轭物在人尿中的酸水解条件。随后,使用含有HFB氯化物的萃取溶剂来应用七氟代丁酰(HFB)衍生化方法。结果表明:用3%HCl在100℃加热20min,使17-KS最大产率释放出。当使用含有5%HFB-氯化物的正己烷作为萃取溶剂时,回收率最高。同时该方法可以在室温下同时衍生和提取17-KS。因此,该方法在法庭科学中可用于鉴别人的尿液。This experiment established a method for extraction-derivative-GC/MS analysis of 17-ketosteroids(KS)in human urine.First,the acid hydrolysis conditions of 17-KS conjugates in human urine were optimiz-ed.Subsequently,extraction solvents containing HFB chlorides were used to apply sevoflubutyryl(HFB)deri-vatization methods.The results showed that the 17-KS maximum yield was released by heating with 3%H-Cl at 100℃for 20min.When n-hexane containing 5%HFB-chloride was used as the extraction solvent,the recovery was the highest.At the same time,17-KS can be derived and extracted simultaneously at room tem-perature.Therefore,this method can be used in court science to identify human urine.
