租赁资产证券化的问题与建议探究

摘　　要：融资租赁作为一种新兴融资工具,因自身具有融物与融资、贸易与信贷相结合的特点,能改善中小企业财务状况、推动产业升级和提升融资能力而被广泛使用。但在租赁资产证券化实践过程中仍有不少问题,制约和影响着融资租赁资产证券化的发展及应用,本文通过对上述问题的分析提出建议,希望能够推动融资租赁行业的进一步发展。As a new financing tool,financial leasing is widely used because of its combination of Finance and finance,trade and credit,which can improve the financial situation of small and medium-sized enterpris-es,promote industrial upgrading and enhance the financing ability.However,there are still many problems in the practice of leasing asset securitization,which restrict and affect the development and application of financial leasing asset securitization.Through the analysis of the above problems,this paper puts forward suggestions,hoping to promote the further development of financial leasing industry.
