摘　　要：信息披露是金融市场生存与发展的基石,对于有着特别市场目标的绿色金融市场而言更是如此。中介机构作为金融市场"看门人",是缓解市场信息不对称的重要角色。绿色金融市场对发行人"绿色身份"、资金投向的特别要求,需要中介机构承担额外的职能,进而中介机构需承担的法律责任也产生了相应的变化。Information disclosure is the cornerstone for the development of financial market,especially for the green financial market with special objectives.As the "gatekeepers",intermediaries play an impor-tant role in alleviating the asymmetry of information.The special requirements of the green financial market on the issuer’s "green identity" and investment require the intermediaries to undertake additional func-tions,thus the legal responsibilities of the intermediaries shall also change accordingly.
