摘 要:羟基柠檬酸主要存在于藤黄属植物内,作为减肥型膳食补充剂的有效成分,具有减肥、增强有氧运动耐力、除结石、降血脂和改善心脑血管的作用。本文主要从制备、检测、生物活性、膳食风险四个方面对羟基柠檬酸进行综述,并展望其未来发展趋势和产品开发所面临的挑战。Hydroxycitric acid mainly exists in the Garcinia plants. As an effective component of diet supplement for weight losing, it has the functions of losing weight, increasing aerobic endurance, removing stones from body, lowering blood lipids and improving cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. In this review, the four aspects of hydroxycitric acid including the preparation, detection, biological activity and dietary risk were discussed, and the future trend and the challenges of product development were elucidated.
