摘  要:生物化学课程是医学院校知识性和前沿性较强的基础专业课,在其课堂教学中引入"科学前沿"符合其课程特点。在高校生物化学课堂中如何引入"科学前沿",是一个值得思考的问题。笔者根据自己的教学经历,分述了课堂引入"科学前沿"的PBL教学、案例式教学、翻转课堂、创新性实验设计、课程思政教学、科学伦理和研究规范教育等教学法的应用,旨在抛砖引玉,与同行进行教学交流,共同提高高校生物化学的教学质量。In colleges and universities, biochemistry is a basic professional course with the characteristics of inexplicable knowledge and rapid developing frontier. Therefore, the introduction of "scientific frontier" in its classroom teaching, conforms to its characteristics. However, how to introduce the "scientific frontier" into the biochemistry classroom in colleges and universities is a problem. Based on their own teaching experience, the authors describe the application of PBL teaching, case-based teaching, flip-flop classroom, innovative experimental design, ideological and political teaching, scientific ethics and research normative education, which are introduced into the classroom as "scientific frontier", aiming at attracting valuable lessons, conducting teaching exchanges with colleagues, jointly improve the teaching quality of biochemistry.
