间苯三酚对高龄初产妇宫颈性难产治疗的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨间苯三酚对高龄初产妇宫颈性难产治疗的效果。方法:选择我院2017年1月~2018年10月期间收治宫颈性难产高龄初产妇80例,结合产妇使用的不同方法将其分为40例观察组和40例对照组,对照组产妇给予地西泮治疗,观察组产妇给予间苯三酚治疗,比较两组产妇治疗2h和4h时段宫颈扩张情况以及整体疗效。结果:观察组与对照组产妇给药2h的宫颈扩张分别为(4.7±0.5)cm和(3.7±0.4)cm,给药4h的宫颈扩张分别为(6.6±0.5)cm和(4.9±0.4)cm,观察组产妇均比对照组产妇宫颈扩张情况更好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。最终观察组产妇治疗显效22例,有效17例,无效1例,总有效率为97.5%,对照组产妇14例显效,20例有效,6例无效,总有效率为85%,低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用间苯三酚对高龄初产妇宫颈性难产进行治疗,具有很好的扩张宫颈效果,有助于提高产妇的整体效率,促进产程进展,从而促进自然分娩,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To explore the effect of resorcinol on the treatment of cervical dystocia in elderly primipara.Methods:Choose 80 cases of advanced dystocia of cervical dystocia in our hospital from January 2017 to October 2018,and divide them into 40 observation groups and 40 control groups according to the different methods used by the pregnant women.For the treatment of Xipan,the women in the observation group were given phloroglucinol treatment,and the cervical dilation and overall efficacy of the two groups of women during the 2h and 4h periods were compared.Results:The cervical dilation of the observation group and the control group at 2 hours of administration was(4.7±0.5)cm and(3.7±0.4)cm,and the cervical dilation at 4 hours of administration was(6.6±0.5)cm and(4.9±0.4),respectively.cm,the maternal dilation in the observation group was better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the final observation group,22 cases of maternal treatment were markedly effective,17 cases were effective,and 1 case was ineffective.The total effective rate was 97.5%.In the control group,14 cases were markedly effective,20 cases were effective,and 6 cases were invalid.,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of resorcinol for the treatment of cervical dystocia in elderly primiparas has a good effect of dilating the cervix,which helps to improve the overall efficiency of the women and promote the progress of the labor process,thereby promoting natural delivery,which is worthy of clinical application.
