监狱“讲师团”政治改造教学的改进与创新

摘　　要：政治改造是一切教育改造工作的统领,政治改造“讲师团”教学自实施以来,既有成绩,又存在一些不足和问题,必须对其重新再认识。政治改造教学独特且重要、罪犯期望“接地气”有内涵的教学、摒弃泛化独大虚化的实践倾向,这是对“讲师团”政治改造教学的认识定位。具备“讲故事”的能力、选拔专业的民警、建立激励保障机制是当前政治改造教学的改进方向,而“讲、析、仪、影、评”五位一体的创新教学模式则已得到实践的验证。Political reform is the command of all educational reforms.Since the implementation of the political reform teaching of the Lecturer Mission,there have been some achievements,but there are some deficiencies and problems,and it should be re-understood.Actually,the political reform teaching is unique and important,and it should have connotative teaching and abandon the general and empty practical tendency.Therefore,the Lecturer Mission should have the ability to“tell a story”,select professional police,and the current improvement of political reform teaching need to establish an incentive and guarantee mechanism,and the five-in-one innovative teaching mode of“telling,analysis,ceremony,film,and comment”has been put into practice verification.
