摘  要:水利工程混凝土在拌和完后会产生大量清洗废水,若混凝土拌和废水就地排放,将直接影响地表植被的生长;若流入河道,将无法保证鱼类正常生存;若下渗土壤,将对地下水质造成一定的影响。结合新疆温泉水利枢纽工程施工现场拌和站废水若不处理,将对生态系统造成一定影响,提出混凝土拌和系统废水回收利用的环保措施,包括处理工艺、设计参数、处理设施尺寸及设备,实现拌和站废水再利用,缓解施工现场环境污染问题。以期为今后水利工程建设过程中的废水回收利用环保措施提供借鉴。The concrete of the hydraulic engineering will produce a large amount of washing wastewater after mixing. If the concrete mixing wastewater is discharged in situ,it will directly affect the growth of vegetation on the ground surface. If it flows into the river,it will not ensure the normal survival of fish,infiltration of soil will affect the quality of groundwater to some extent. Combined with the fact that if the wastewater from the mixing station of Xinjiang Wenquan water conservancy project is not treated,it will probably cause some impacts on the ecosystem,the environmental protection measures for the recycling of wastewater from the concrete mixing system are put forward,including treatment process,design parameters,treatment facilities size and equipment,to achieve the reuse of wastewater mixing plant,to alleviate the construction site environmental pollution. In this way,it can be used as a reference for the environmental protection measures of waste water recovery and utilization in the construction of hydraulic engineering.
