摘 要:为了直观描述复杂产品的装配过程,体现复杂产品装配过程中装配单元的层次结构和装配顺序,保证装配物料清单数据的正确性、一致性和完整性,建立了复杂产品装配信息模型,并在此基础上提出了基于消耗式物料清单转换的复杂产品图示化装配工艺规划技术。对复杂产品装配信息建模进行了介绍,对消耗式物料清单转换进行了论述,并对复杂产品图示化装配工艺规划技术进行了原理分析与实例验证。采用基于消耗式物料清单转换的复杂产品图示化装配工艺规划技术,可以简化复杂产品的装配层次结构和装配顺序,提高复杂产品装配工艺规划的效率和质量。In order to visually describe the assembly process of the complex product,to reflect the hierarchical structure and assembly sequence of the assembly unit in the assembly process of the complex product,to ensure the correctness,consistency and completeness of the data of the assembly BOM,an assembly information model for the complex product was established and a planning technology for graphical assembly process of the complex product based on the conversion of consumable BOM was proposed based on this.The modeling of the assembly information for the complex product was introduced,the conversion of consumable BOM was discussed,and the principle of the planning technology for assembly process of the complex product was analyzed with case study.Adopting planning technology for graphical assembly process of the complex product based on the conversion of consumable BOM can simplify the assembly hierarchy and assembly sequence of the complex product,and improve the planning efficiency and quality of assembly process for the complex product.
