摘 要:机床伺服进给系统的可靠性试验和评估多基于独立的功能部件试验平台,试验时间长,成本高。针对以上问题,提出机床伺服进给系统在机可靠性加速试验和评估方法。在分析机床伺服进给系统故障模式的基础上,选取机床伺服进给系统性能退化的敏感特征量,形成基于性能退化的机床伺服进给系统在机可靠性加速试验,并开发了相应的可靠性水平评估算法,可以计算得到机床伺服进给系统性能退化失效时间的估计值。通过机床伺服进给系统在机可靠性加速试验和评估方法,能够较好地反映机床伺服进给系统的性能可靠性水平。The reliability test and evaluation of machine tool servo feed system are mostly carried out based on the independent test platform for functional component,which has long test time and high cost.In view of the above problems,an accelerated test and evaluation method for the on-machine reliability of the machine tool servo feed system was proposed.Based on the analysis of the failure mode of the machine tool servo feed system,the sensitive feature quantities on the performance degradation of the machine tool servo feed system were accessed to perform an accelerated reliability test for the machine tool servo feed system based on the performance degradation.Corresponding evaluation algorithm for reliability level had been developed to calculate the estimated performance degradation time of the machine tool servo feed system.The accelerated test and evaluation method for the on-machine reliability of the machine tool servo feed system can reflect the performance reliability level of machine tool servo feed system in a better way.
