摘  要:发电机定子铁心片间压力分布情况是影响定子制造质量和使用寿命的关键参数。目前,发电机定子铁心片间压力监测存在效率低、延时等缺点。对此,基于薄膜压力传感器设计了一套发电机定子铁心片间压力监测装置。介绍了这一监测装置的结构与配套软件,并进行了试验验证。应用这一监测装置,可以实时监测发电机定子铁心的片间压力值及分布情况,为定子补偿方案提供实时数据支撑。The pressure distribution between the stator core laminations of the generator is a key parameter that affects the stator manufacturing quality and service life.At present,the pressure monitoring between the stator core laminations of the generator has the disadvantages of low efficiency and time delay.To this end,a set of monitoring device for pressure between the stator core laminations of the generator was designed based on the film pressure sensor.The structure and supporting software of this monitoring device were introduced with experimental verification.The application of this monitoring device can monitor the pressure value and distribution between the stator laminations of the generator in real time,and provide real-time data support for the stator compensation scheme.
