摘 要:基于试验法与有限元模拟法,应用三种确定极限载荷的准则,确定了超高压管式反应器的极限载荷,并进行了对比分析。结果表明,在较高内压作用下,超高压管式反应器的中间部位易最先达到极限承载状态;由零曲率准则确定的极限载荷与试验值、有限元模拟值更为接近,较适合用于确定极限载荷;试验值与有限元模拟值之间的相对误差仅为0.49%,说明通过有限元模拟法确定极限载荷是准确、可行的。通过试验与有限元分析为超高压管式反应器的设计、运行提供了参考。Based on the experimental method and the finite element simulation method,three criteria for determining the ultimate load were applied to determine the ultimate load of the ultra-high pressure tubular reactor,and a comparative analysis was performed.The results show that under the action of higher internal pressure,the middle part of the ultra-high pressure tubular reactor easily reaches the limit load-bearing state in first place.The limit load determined by the zero curvature criterion is closer to the test value and the finite element simulation value,and is more suitable for determining the ultimate load.The relative error between the test value and the finite element simulation value is only 0.49%,which indicates that it is accurate and feasible to determine the ultimate load by the finite element simulation method.Through experiment and finite element analysis,it provides a reference for the design and operation of ultra-high pressure tubular reactor.
