摘　　要：基于2002—2016年中国纸制品出口数量和出口价格数据以及中国与30个主要纸制品贸易伙伴的面板数据,测度分析中国2002—2016年纸制品出口产品的质量和质量变化特征,并探讨融资约束对中国纸制品出口产品质量的影响。实证结果表明:银行信贷约束和内源现金流约束对纸制品出口产品质量有显著的抑制作用;商业信贷约束和内源实收资本变化对纸制品出口产品质量作用不显著;人均收入、劳动力成本以及研发投入对中国纸制品出口产品质量上升有显著的促进作用;外商直接投资对中国纸制品出口产品质量的影响不显著。因此,完善金融市场体系,完善企业信用评价体系,企业提高经营能力和创新能力,能够缓解融资约束从而提高纸制品出口产品质量。⑴Background——With the vigorous development of China's financial industry,it is of great significance to study the impact of financing constraints on the quality of paper products exported.⑵Methods——Based on the data of export quantity and export price in the CEPII BACI,with post-reverse method,the quality of China's paper products exported in 2002-2016 is measured and the characteristics of quality change are analyzed.In addition,a regression model is established to study the impact of financing constraints on the quality of China's paper products exported.⑶Results——It can be seen from measurement results that the quality of China's paper products exported has declined slightly,from 0.581 in 2002 to 0.573 in 2016,due to the structural change of China's paper export destinations.From 2002 to 2010,the quality of paper products exported shows a downward trend.In 2010-2016,with the gradual recovery of the world economy,the quality of paper products exported has gradually increased,but it still fails to reach a high level.From the regression results on the impact of financing constraints on the quality of paper products exported,it's found that both internal and external financing constraints have an impact on the quality of paper products exported.From the perspective of external financing,the impact of bank loan index variables on the quality of exported paper products is positive,and the regression coefficient is 0.194.The impact of commercial credit constraint index variables on the quality of paper products exported is not significant,which shows that for enterprises,the source of bank credit funds is more stable,the larger the scale of funds available,the longer the period of funds available,and a stable source of funds is more conducive to promoting technology research and development and improving the quality of enterprises.From the perspective of internal financing,the impact of cash flow index on the quality of paper products exported is positive,with a regression coefficient is 0.132.The e
